Mr. Cervoni asked me a few questions to get the initial application started and to submit a few forms, then he took over right away. Between Derek and Michael, both always promptly answered my replies or emails with issues that sometimes weren't even relevant enough for the case, but made me feel at ease anyway and extremely professional and courteous. They were very descriptive and detailed of what they needed from me and if I didn't completely understand they would walk me through it with no problem. Filing for disability is extremely difficult and technical and if any mistakes are made, it could prolong or even have your case denied. I met with several attorneys after my SSDI claim was denied twice by SSA. I ultimately chose CDL to represent my disability claim related to mental illness. This type of claim can be difficult to prove since the disorder does not have the clear biological markers of a physical disability. Derek Turned a Very Difficult Task (for me) Into a Very Stress-Free Experience.
