He was able to have the ALJ’s unfavorable decision vacated through the Appeals Council which is very difficult to do. Mr. Cervoni and his firm were able to present the documentation to SSA on my behalf so that my case was given a fair and thorough review. I would highly recommend Mr. Cervoni to navigate your claim through an application process that can be frustrating without an experienced advocate.

I thought navigating and applying for SSDI would be similar to that of the VA benefits. It was not. Although 100% P&T, I was denied initial SSDI benefits. I didn't look back; however, I was amazed at how swift and un-stressful my hearing was. After months of waiting, my case was over in less than 20 minutes.
