I had applied for disability between 2016-2017 when I had to stop working after numerous health issues and diagnosis: fibromyalgia, chronic migraines, GI issues, chronic anxiety... These issues caused very debilitating years for me but between 2018-2019 was the most success while working with Mr. Cervoni.
